Finley has started showing more of an interest in grown up food, she tries to grab for forks and plates at the table. I thought it would be a good idea to try her high chair and sippy cup while we were eating breakfast. She only wanted to play with the cup and watch her daddy eat pancakes. She certainly doesn't grasp the concept that the cup is for drinking, hopefully she will catch on soon.

are you starting solids soon? if she's staring at you eat, that's a sign that she is ready!
and i cant believe that she is standing! does she pull herself up, or is she propped up by you and then supports herself? i'm amazed!
We are starting solids in a couple of weeks, at 6 months.
She does not pull herself up, but if you try to sit her down, she locks her knees. She much prefers to stand!
