It's Been Awhile...

We had a nice time listening to Britney Spears, dancing, clapping and taking some photos this morning.

46 Weeks Old

My Compact Flash card reader died today, it got a lot of use, but still only lasted a year. Instead of replacing it with the same, pricier, model, I got the cheapest one that Microcenter had. Hopefully it can handle my rampant picture transferring better.

Finley was really cooperative this morning getting her weekly picture, she has been all over the place lately, so it was a nice surprise. It is still hard to grab a picture of her not in motion.

Eat Em Up Houston Cougars

The 17th ranked Houston Cougars look to keep their perfect season alive tonight with a battle at Robertson Stadium against Texas Tech. The game doesn't start until 8:25pm, so Finley will be long asleep by then, but I am positive she will be dreaming of a Cougar Victory!

Who Missed Who MORE?

Five days is five days too many for mommy and Finley to not be together.

First Ice Cream Cone

Of course Finley loved her first ice cream cone. She got a swirl soft serve and sobbed hysterically when there was no more left for her to eat. This ice cream obsession keeps getting worse and worse...

Cute Clapper

Finley loves to clap. She claps with the music on her singing toy. She also loves to stand and "dance" with it. I am afraid she is going to pull the thing over, she gets so darn excited by it. Finley has loved music since she was a baby. I always know I can calm her in the car by turning up the radio. This is bad for my sportstalk radio habit, since she isn't so much a fan of the talk radio.

The Alamo and the Riverwalk

The Riverwalk is the greatest urban revitalization project in any city in the world. I absolutely love it, it is so nice to walk around and Finley's umbrella stroller worked perfectly. We could easily carry it up and down the steps. Thanks again to Auntie Kristina.

She also had her first trip to the historic Texas Alamo. What a big weekend!
