Thanks to Dori, I found a plain white hat with a velcro strap at Target. I bought the infant size and it is still a little big, looks like Finley didn't inherit my head size, thank goodness!
We went for a walk this evening and thanks to the rotating stroller she can always be in the shade without a hat. Hopefully she grows into it soon~

LOVE the hat on adorable F!!! Little Max may have to get a matching one for solidarity (lord knows his father and I did nothing to help his complexion)...
