It was quite a busy day! We started out at the Magic Kingdom, arriving just in time to catch the opening ceremony at the train station. We headed straight to Space Mountain for Finley's first ride on the Disney World version. She liked it, but said it wasn't as good as the Disneyland version. We rode it one more time, then it was on to Buzz Lightyear, Dumbo and Goofy's Barnstormer. We then headed back to Tomorrowland to meet Stitch, ride Space Mountain on our fastpass, ride the Carousel of Progress and the People Mover. We had lunch at Be Our Guest and Finley loved being in the Beast's castle. She wanted to dance in all the rooms, so she did, even when we were ordering. We had a Fastpass for lunch and it was a huge timesaver. Finley ate everything and declared the peach applesauce to be the best she has ever tasted. She had a chocolate mousse dessert while we ate in the Beast's spooky room. We then headed over to Big Thunder Mountain RR to use our fastpass, then it was on to the main attraction of the day: meeting Anna and Elsa. Finley asked them "do you want to build a snowman?" and they did! They used their hands, with Finley's being the head, her thumb was the nose. She also met Princess Aurora and Marie from the Aristocats. We headed back to the hotel to swim, but the weather had other plans.
We took a nap instead of swimming since it was starting to rain. We headed over to Epcot, grabbed a fastpass to meet Mickey, Minnie and Goofy. Finley asked Goofy to do the hot dog dance with her and he happily obliged. It was pouring when we came out, so Finley wore her poncho for the first time ever. We then had dinner at the Land, rode Soarin', Living with the Land and Nemo. Finley played in the Living Seas for a bit, then we headed over to ride Test Track. When our car hit the outside part, it was raining! It was crazy to ride it while getting pelted with rain drops. After playing with the vehicles, the rain had let up, so we went over to watch Illuminations. We had front row seats since the park was so empty, the rain had driven a lot of people away (hence walking on to Soarin' and Test Track.)
