Giggle, giggle

Happy Memorial Day!

Finley celebrated with a barbecue, too bad she couldn't have a cheeseburger, she was stuck with peaches and bananas. Peaches mixed with bananas were way more pleasing that plain peaches, we tried that yesterday and Finley was not a fan at all. It was a gorgeous sunny day, so it was nice to be outside. Finley and I just got back from a walk to the post office, with a stopover at Baskin Robbins. She was really eyeing my sundae. It must have been the smell of peanut butter. Baskin Robbins satisfies my need for Friendly's because they have peanut butter sauce...yum! We also spied some kittens on the way home, they were super adorable and I think this one wanted to come home with us, I left my name if they adopt them out.

I have also included a picture of the rare Camden and Finley interaction...photographic evidence!

Isn't she adorable?

So when do we get to add peanut butter sauce, chocolate ice cream and whipped cream into the mix?

Can we get her? Pleeeeease.....

I don't like peaches, not one bit!

Loving the outdoor barbecues already~

More Pictures from the Morning Photo Shoot

Finley is getting harder and harder to get to stay still for her weekly picture. She wants to grab for the bear or turn over or try and eat her dress...anything but posing! Clifton helped me try to corral her this morning and I finally got an ok shot. It was right before nap time, so she was sort of sleepy, but still super cute.

She has taken to peas after her initial reaction of distaste for them. We start peaches at lunch today, I am guessing she will love them!

A Very Busy Day

Finley had playgroup this afternoon. She and Max had a grand time posing for the camera, I don't know which one of the two loves the lens more. Both of them were super smiley and were doing their best posing. ANTM and Zoolander anyone?
After our playgroup we visited baby Noah.
Finley also continued her bonding with Wrigley. She loves her kitty cat and has the best time giggling at her.
This evening Finley was scooting backwards all around our room, mainly to get closer to Wrigley. So adorable!

How Bout Dem O's

Apparently, Marshalls needs a good geography lesson. In my quest to find Finley's Blankets and Beyond Bear (not at the outrageous ebay markup), I have been hitting random stores in search of it. The Marshalls here in Houston, Texas has a huge supply of Baltimore Orioles baby gear. Bottles, blankets, sippy cups...all with Orioles logo. And all on massive clearance. I wonder why Baltimore Orioles baby stuff wouldn't sell in Houston...quite the mystery. Marshalls blunder is our gain.

Finley was named after former Baltimore Oriole, Steve Finley (for the record, he was also a Houston Astro). Her very first gift ever was from Sarah and Rob, it was an adorable First Orioles T-Shirt. She finally fits into it, so it made for the perfect photo op.
