Ladybug Picnic!

We didn't have sack races or toast marshmallows and we didn't even tell any knock knock jokes, but we had a swell time at Finley's Ladybug Picnic. A great big thank you to all the picnic attendees, we are so glad you were able to celebrate Miss Finley Bug's very first birthday. A very special thanks to Auntie Shannon for creating the most spectacular cake.

Ladybug Picnic Decor

With over 50 ladybug friends all over the house and the most spectacular birthday cake ever, we were set for Finley's first birthday party. Besides the delicious yellow and chocolate cake, guests munched on pulled pork sandwiches, assorted fruits, vegetables with ranch dip, chips with carmelized onion dip and Chic-fil-a nuggets. I was stuffed!

Pre-Lady Bug Picnic Presents

We gave Finley a Kettler tricycle as her big birthday gift this year. She lit up when she saw it. I cannot wait to take her all around the park in it, with her seatbelt and helmet of course. I still cannot believe that she is going to be one tomorrow~ this year has flown by quicker than I could ever imagine.
